This is how customer service should be, wish I could award six stars.

Order was processed quickly and I was kept up to date through out the process, I had e-mails telling me when payment was taken then when dispatched. I had more e-mails telling me the day it would arrive then on the morning what time it would be estimated to arrive and who the driver was.

What was even more amazing was the game was dispatched within the hour of ordering and arrived the next day which was two days before it's launch. The five minute dispatch as well is a very nice feature as well.

I cannot put in words how to describe how good Shopto.net is, all companies should take a leaf out of their book.
