Ordering online was so simple, just load up your basket and checkout and its all secure. I even was able to phone someone to talk over the returns policy and sizing guides!
I received a text and an email letting me know the order had been dispatched and another text on the delivery day giving me an hour time slot and the name of my delivery driver! I wasn't available for this slot so all I had to do was text back selecting tomorrow or the day after. Again an hour time slot was provided and sure enough it arrived on time. So simple, efficient and friendly.
