I bought a vaucher for a diving experience, but the partner was not able to provide the service. According to the partner Groupon sold much more vauchers than the capacity the partner put for sale. I spend mounths to be able to get in touch with the partner.
I was unable to retrieve my money back. Groupon refused to refund me. They just put the money on my Groupon account to spend on other products or services.
I ordered a bluetooth phones, with an excelent price/quality ratio, and I received them before the deadline I was informed at order time. It arrived at the delivery address without any problem, in good conditions, working perfectly and as advertised on the site. Came with a clear user guide.
