Ordered a North Face winter coat for my wife for Christmas. Was slightly wary of buying such an expensive item online close to xmas incase the "in stock" badge was a fake as many sites are.

True to their word, goods were delivered and despatched within 24 hours. Everything just as expected.

Paperwork included simple returns procedure if needed (which I didn't).

To boot, the price was nearly £50 cheaper than the official online store.
