Joke of a company who dont care about customers.

2 parcels were colleted on the 24th as expected(so far so good). Anyway after an email from a customer questioning when she should expect to recieve her item(I thought she would have recieved this by that point on the 29th). I decided that i would try and track the items. Both packages showed as in transit. So I contactes Parcel 2 go to find out what was happening, this is because after phoning hermes a rude "advisor"informed me that they cant help me as i booked through p2g. So eventually i Was told that i should claim on 1 As it appears to be "lost" The other i was told was defnatly in transit. I tried 1 more time to contact myhermes(as in my opinion they were responsible as they had my packages). Again i was told that they would not speak to me and i had to go through p2g. So after hearing nothing else i finally found out that they had evetually made their destinations on the 2nd of feb. As it happens, both packages are still showing as in Transit. I will Never use this company again. A little manners and good customer service goes along way. Pay cheap and you get cheap.
