Too good to be true

No problem with purchasing goods, staff very helpful. Unfortunately when things go wrong impossible to contact customer services to put it right.
Tried many times over several days holding on the phone on average 15 mins each time, with no success.
As advised by voicemail sent an e,mail,two days later still waiting for a reply.
Getting annoyed as i cannot use my bath.
ANY CHANCE OF MAKING CONTACT WITH ME!
