The use of Yodel and HDNL is a reason not to trust the postage options and certainly a reason why I won't upgrade to prime.
To date I'm still waiting for my Groupon deal order some two weeks after ordering.
The voucher clearly states "allow 5 days", their awful website help says allow ten, yet 14 days later still nothing.
I have sent them two emails via their shoddy e-ticket system that have been ignored.
Not happy and will raise with groupon.
