FIRST ORDER GREAT !

I placed my first order Friday 25th January 2013 FREE delivery ! I was thrilled my parcel arrived Monday 28th January 2013. I rang to place another order Tuesday 29th January 2013 to be told that new policy had just come into force NO FREE DELIVERY !! WENT TO ANOTHER SUPPLIER ! Who gave free delivery, which arrived on Thursday 31st January 2013 ! WHO WOULD YOU PLACE YOUR NEXT ORDER WITH ??????
