great advise on part needed but!!!

Geat initial advise from the sales guy, but ordered the part on the 25.01.13 invoice was raised on the 28.01.13 and it was delivered on the 31.01.13 and was told it should have been in the post the same night as it was ordered, paid £2.92 delivery on a part that weighs less than 1 oz and it didnt get packed for 3 days then it took another 3 days to get here... could always blame the post office i suppose...
