I placed the order Sunday evening and realised I had the incorrect measurements. I emailed them on their website asking them to place my order on hold until I emailed the correct measurements. I received and email from them Monday morning conformation of email and that they would place my order on hold. I then emailed the correct measurements.They confirmed receipt and notified me that there was extra cost which they would waive. I received an email the following day notiifying me that it had been sent by registered post and received the curtains the following day. Excellent, professional service. I have already recommended them to friends
