Quality goods and good delivery, easy to send back returns but very slow to get refund

My stuff arrived when I expected it to from the delivery dates and the quality of the goods were good and there were as they described in the web. I didn't really understand how to rerun an item though, I ordered two things and one didn't fit but there was no return form like with other online orders from other companies, which was a bit confusing. Happy that the return delivery was free but it took a while to get confirmation that my return had been relieved and even longer to get an email saying I may get a refund on something from my resent order - which was confusing because I didn't really know what the email was trying to say. And then I had to wait even longer to get the money put back into my account.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you are upset with the service you have received.

As with many other online retailers although we aim to process your return and refund you as quickly as possible, as stated in the Returns Policy on the website, it can take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item to our warehouse.

All feedback is taken seriously and if needed changes are implemented.


I hope that you do not judge the company on whole because of this issue and that it does not put you off shopping with us again.
