Frudulant and Deceptive please do not buy from them

I purchased a Toshiba laptop from zavvi.com on 18th January 2013. Till this date I have not received my order but they have charged me a sum £339.99 from me.Zavvi.com kept providing different information about the status of my order and finally said they do not have the product with them. They are claiming they did not charge me although they have charged me $339.99 from my account via Papal. I have not get a refund or the product I have paid for so far.
Following is an outline of the communication took place between my self and Zavvi.com
On 24 Jan 2013 I inquired about my orders whereabouts and when will I get it
They replied on 28th Jan 2013 saying it is at their where house and order is still processing. They will dispatch the order ASAP.
I inquired again on 30th Jan 2013 the status of my order. And informed if they fail to provide actual information about it I will make a complaint to authorities and PayPal.

On 3rd February they replied saying; they do not have the product with them therefore they have cancelled my order. Further claimed they have not charged me.
This is a complete lie.

They have charged a sum of £339.99 from my account on 2 via PayPal. Zavvi have taken money from me and kept it for almost 3 weeks for a product which they do not even have with them, further they have kept providing false information about the purchase during that time
