I got absolutely sick and tired of searching round for the one and only food my grey will eat. Every time I found a supplier, I bought once, then either the price rocketed or it was no longer available. Northern Parrots have not only proved to be reliable for my birds' needs, but supply all sorts of odds and bits, so I don't have to go searching round town to find things they might like. It's expecially good to have other buyers recommendations of the toys too, my two are so picky, and if someone says a picky bird likes something at least I know I'm in with a chance. On top of that, I can get questions answered when I'm a bit puzzled about bird behaviour, it helps to have an advisor who knows what they are talking about. AND, they even gave me a recommendation for an avian vet closer to home than my own vet knew about.
Yes, I rate Northern Parrots. Life would have been a lot easier if I had found them sooner.
