Quality products, poor service

We orderded the products successfully online and paid an extra £45.00 for Guaranteed delivery for which we selected a date. However, this is when the experience went downhill. My partner took a day off work to wait for the delivery (for which we had paid £45) and it never showed up. After ringing them they said it would come the next day, it did not arrive until 6.00pm and was missing some of the order. This went on for a few days with us contacting them and them given delivery times which they did not stick to. This resulted in wasted days taken off work and the actual fitting of the bathrooms running over the expected time. As you can imagine we were very angry and received very little apology from the company except a £10 refund. We will be complaining to head office. Would not buy from this company again.
