did not like.

The image of the dresses look nothing like the actual dresses. I returned my product a week ago and am still waiting for my refund.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments, and I am extremely sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with the products you have received.

The vast majority of the reviews that we receive about our products are very positive, but we do take any issues very seriously and look to constantly improve our products, learning through customer feedback and items that are returned due to faults or quality issues.

I have just checked your order and we haven't received your parcel back at the warehouse just yet. We do advise customers that it can take up to 21 days for refunds to be processed to allow time for couriers to deliver items back to us, however this usually happens much sooner. We will email you as soon as we receive your parcel and again when your refund is processed. However please contact customerservices@boohoo.com to let us know if you haven't heard from us after this time and we can investigate this further.

Further information regarding your order has been sent to the email address registered to your boohoo account.
