Mattress Next Day

The process was easy I got the firm matress which is great but!

The mattress came on time. It was the mattress I ordered, but it did have a 40mm split in the actual mattress at the top, around pillow position. I didn't want to go through the rigmarole of sending it back, having to contact mattress next day and being in for collection so I have accepted it as one of the pit falls of internet shopping. Shame though
