Very Disappointed, will not be using again
From the picture the parasol flowers looked very stunning, but sadly I came to find out that what was delivered was completely different. The bouquet had tulips in it which was not what I ordered at all.

We are sorry to learn of your disappointment. However, it is worth noting that the Parasol bouquet selected is what we refer to as a 'florist's choice' arrangement. Essentially, you have ordered a bouquet in a particular style and colour scheme. The choice of stems used is left to our florist to create a unique design for you.
As such, we would not expect the delivered flowers for this item to match the image displayed on our website and clearly state this when ordering this arrangement.
We hope this explains the choice of stems used.
