Very happy with service however the advertised delivery time was not the eventual deliver time.

Very happy with the website, ordering process and the product itself. The only improvement would be that when I ordered it said 2 - 3 days time and a few days after ordering I received an email saying the product was not in the warehouse - it would have been nice to know this when I ordered as I waited approx 2.5 weeks for my trainers to arrive.. This is slightly different to the 2 - 3 days on ordering.
