You pay for what you get I guess! Wasn't expecting the delivery to be so late in the day time at least thought they would be before 3pm. Also every flower in the bouquet was a bud so the person didn't really get the wow factor. I would say what more would you expect for £9.99 but to be honest I've had better flowers for that price and these been delivered as well guess I know next time not to bother

I think the charges for having your items sent to you are a joke. This is the only site I have seen with p+p so high actually puts me off shopping on your site. What i ordered was ok! Keyrings smaller then you would think so now have to buy more favours just not from yourselves. Get more customer satisfactory, service and quality for your money off eBay. Thanks

Think that waiting for your parcel is not up to scratch. Should be tracked better and better conmunication between the customer and the company (sales team). All I knew was that my package had been shipped and this is all not 100% sure if u shall be ordering from this site again. If I do it will be because of the prices not the experience

Unfortunately 2nd class free delivery is an untracked service via Royal Mail. There is an option for Recorded Delivery or Next Day Delivery which is tracked. During the order process and when selecting the type of delivery you require, it will show how long to expect the delivery. In your case 2-5 working days.
