The vast majority of the reviews that we receive about our products are very positive, but we take any issues very seriously and look to constantly improve our products, learning through customer feedback and items that are returned due to faults or quality issues.
I have just checked your order and we haven't received your returned parcel back at the warehouse just yet. We do advise customers that it can take up to 21 days for refunds to be processed, however this usually happens much sooner. We will send you an email you as soon as we receive your parcel and again when your refund is processed.
