Poor choice of delivery service, stayed in all day after paying extra for next day delivery to find a card in my door that they had taken my parcel back to depot, i had not heard the door also all my other deliveries were taken to concierge. i was told i was not allowed to collect from depot and to be delivered when I wanted they requested a further £6 charge. Items did not fit so returned the next day and 2 weeks had passed and heard nothing from boohoo until I emailed to chase up my refund and complain to then get my refund 2 days later. Between ordering my goods and receiving a refund took nearly a month. Not a quick service, will not be using your site again.
