I ordered a cheque and when I was emailed to say I would be getting an Argos voucher I emailed them to say I had ordered a cheque. I had no response so when I called the telephonist said they couldn't change it. I asked to speak to someone in charge and was told someone would call within the hour. 8 hours later a message from someone I would need to call back. Poor customer service I still don't know how they thought I wanted Argos vouchers andcwnderbif it is some default system in their favour?

Thanks for your review and sorry to hear your are disappointed with our service.
We can confirm that Argos voucher was selected as the payment method when you registered your sale. This would have been confirmed in the Sales Pack we posted you.
We received your phones on the 29/01/13 and posted you an Argos card for the full value on the same day. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the payment method once payment has been made.
We hope this helps and hope you can put the Argos card to good use. Please note that it can also be used in any Homebase store too.
