I ordered a cheque and when I was emailed to say I would be getting an Argos voucher I emailed them to say I had ordered a cheque. I had no response so when I called the telephonist said they couldn't change it. I asked to speak to someone in charge and was told someone would call within the hour. 8 hours later a message from someone I would need to call back. Poor customer service I still don't know how they thought I wanted Argos vouchers andcwnderbif it is some default system in their favour?
