In my case I selected LightRabbit for 3 reasons:
(a) Product was offered at a reasonable price
(b) The website had a (,ie) ending, suggesting local sourcing in Ireland
(c) Shipping stated as "Courier - Signed For & Tracked"
In reality this company scored positive only on point (a), although identical product could be sourced from UK at a cheaper price.
Although the website ended in (.ie) in reality the company is based in Jersey and the good were shipped from that location.
A courier service with tracking was not used to ship the goods. They were sent by normal Royal Mail and took longer than expected to arrive.
When I subsequently brought these points to the attention of LightRabbit they failed to respond to my complaint. In brief - I was ignored.
Would I use this supplier again? - Definitely not!
I stand over what I wrote before.
A website ending in (.ie) strongly suggests that you are based in or operational from Ireland. On your own admission this is not the case.
Company spam filters have NEVER been an issue with the many other online companies I deal with on a regular basis.
Yesterday I was able to purchase an identical product on eBay for a total of €60 inclusive of shipping charge.
Let's just agree to differ on this as I have no intention of continuing the dialogue. What I wrote is my personal true experience.

I am sorry that you thought it appropriate to down grade us. However, I note your comments which shall be used to improve our communications. It should be noted that we never purport to be anything that we are not and we remain transparent with information on our About Us pages, the link to which is available on every page of our site.
We have a central warehouse which dispatches across Europe and you will note from the CEO statement on the home page that we are opening a new distribution centre in Ireland during this year.
We always use the fastest shipping service available and most orders are shipped same day if placed before 4pm. I will review your particular case to find out why this may have been delayed but upon first glance it would appear that the extreme weather played a part in this.
With regards to your comments relating to email communication – we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service with Live Chat, telephone and email support. It is entirely possible that your email was stopped by our spam filters and if this was the case it is unfortunate. I have reviewed this with our IT consultant to ensure that such problems are minimised – I say minimised as spam filters are noxiously difficult to control. Our security levels are very high and this is to protect private customer details. Such measures are necessary and something we take very seriously albeit at the cost of potential sales.

I should also like to draw your attention to the fact that our address is clearly stated on the footer of every page. We have not misrepresented our goods, services or location. I should also state that our products are significantly better than what you will find on eBay and come with a 2 year warranty plus brilliant customer service. I am sorry that you feel the way you do but we have done nothing but act totally honourably.
