Absolutely fantastic serivce from a very professional company - Highly recommended!

This was the first time I had ever dealt with Ironmongery Direct but it certainly won't be the last.It has be a pleasure to deal with them as not only were their products of high quality their customer service has been fantastic, from start to finish. Even, their aftercare service has been superb too.

2 of the items I ordered were out of stock, however I received a phone call, prior to delivery, advising me of this (so it wasn't a shock & gave me the opportunity to buy them elsewhere if required). I then received another call the next day, apologising for the inconvenience & stating that these 2 items would not be expected in for another 4 - 6 weeks & asking if I still wanted to keep them on back order or cancel them & sort something else out.

Also, unfortunately one of my door handles had the spindle & screw pack missing, so I emailed Ironmongery Direct on a Saturday night & I got a phonecall first thing on Sunday morning apologising & advising me a replacement pack would be sent the next day.

Although 2 items were out of stock & there was a part missing from 1 of my items I'm extremely pleased with the after care service Ironmongery Direct has provided. these things do happen from time to time, but it's a test of a companies customer service as to how well they deal with such issues.
