This is one of the best websites for spare parts. I was looking for a solenoid valve for our old Elecrtic Shower that we installed in 1985. I went to the manufacturer's website Heatrae Sadia to look for the spare parts list and as I expected the model was no longer available. A google search led me to the Shower Doctor on which to my surprise they had a sketch of the shower model and a list of spare parts. however the part was not available. I then read through a Forum on the subject and found a question from someone asking if a solenoid valve of another make will fit the Heatrae Sadia Slimeline Carosel shower and a reply from someone at the Shower Doctor said why don't you just replace the Solenoid which is a standard part and showed a Video on U-Tube showing how to replace the Solenoid. I didn't realize that the Solenoid can be removed that easly. I ordered the Solenoid from the Shower Doctor which arrived in just 2 days and replaced it without any problems. The shower is now working thanks to the shower Doctor who saved me having to buy a new shower and the trouble of reconneting the water and electricity to a different location on the new shower.
