missing parts we are still waiting for over a month later

We are pleased with the bed but the trundle has 2 pieces missing so we are unable to build this and despite speaking to someone at customer services and sending an email there is still no sign of the missing parts over 4 weeks later- unsatisfactory and terrible customer service. would never buy from them again.
