I order apple i pad on your next day delivery and it never turn up on that day.
When ring your office to ask when it was i was then told sorry but cannot promise that as it was sent by a 3rd party namely royal mail then when i ask when can i received i was told when it turn up.. then told to see term and condition where you are then tell customer you cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this time-scale. so why then do you tell customer a delivery day when you cannot guarantee it?
plus when i was on the phone you one of your agent i ask to speak to a manager the lady put me on hold and then came back and promise a manger would ring me on sunday morning between 9am and 1pm wish never happen so i am not a very happy customer . #
What i am laugh at you sent a £400 I pad thourgh the post but a £200 TV came by courier . live in scotland not us
