I recently bought from Dorothy Perkins being that they had such a big sale. In the end I paid through the nose for the shipping and handling and taxes. They don't use a shipping company that handles their own cross border so you pay for the agent. An extra $20 for that. What mayor department store doesn't use either a large shipping company or HELLO! How about the regular mail service?? Duh! They don't ask how you would like it shipped and say it's only 7ish pounds but it ended up costed me just over $200. When I complained to their customer services they were very snotty and gave me the song and dance. Their customer service was horrible. I order from everywhere in the world as a have a clothing store and this was the worst customer service I have seen yet!
