The transaction went through smoothly. However I am in a different country and have sent numerous emails requesting confirmation that the flowers were delivered, the recipient received them and signed for them. I have had NO response whatsoever.
Secondly I have called the customer service line everyday since the date of delivery and have been on auto-hold everyday for up to 30 minutes at a time. I am really unhappy and would appreciate some feedback, considering I have spent money with these people.
