Ordered Saturday, arrived Wednesday, despite website claiming guaranteed next day delivery, taking into account the weekend. I could find no information that explained what the guarantee covered you for and what the point of the guarantee is. I suggest a link button to such information. Otherwise do not mention the guarantee. It appears to have no material effect.

I would like to apologize for the extra delays you have incurred because of our carrier.
According to our system:
You placed your order with us online Saturday 26/01/2013 at 09:08:25, given we were closed being the weekend your order was then processed picked, packaged and despatched the next working day which was Monday the 28/01/2013 at 15:56:48. Your order should was scheduled for delivery (Next working day), According to the online tracking system our carrier let us down on this occasion and your order for some unknown reason was delivered on the 30/01/13 at 09:59.
This is unacceptable and I intend to take this matter up with the carrier company to make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future.
As a good will gesture I will make sure your delivery charge is credited back to you and hope this will not put your off with any future purchase form The Shower Doctor.
