Item ordered and shown on my account as "despatched". 10 days later I contacted Frost to enquire about non-delivery. It was then that I was told that the item was on back order, but expected into stock "within days". I was told that I should have received an email to inform me of the back order status, but no apology was offered. 17 days after my order I am still waiting for the order to be completed, and I resent the fact that payment was taken at the time of order, despite the "no stock" status of the item.
