DX told us parcel would be delivered on Friday between 9 and 6: partner waited in all day - no delivery. Telephoned on Saturday to re-arrange delivery, after 30 mins on phone finally manged to talk to a human being; their automated service is completely ****: told it was out for delivery, asked them to stop as we were out all day. Arrived home to find parcel just left on doorstep. Terrible, terrible service, they make Yodel look good!
