Excellent Customer Care

Took delivery of a hand driven snow plough but the handle bolts and instructions were missing, emailed Customer Care and received a rapid response and missing parts within 2 days.

Not a criticism of MowDirect but I was not overley impressed with the delivery company used. Having received a text saying it would be delivered next day we waited in but no delivery and no contact to explain. The original delivery was a Friday and they redelivered Tuesday.
