Superb product and service

I bought a North Face Artic Parka from Ellis Brigham. The coat is like having a duvet wrapped around you. However, it was much cheaper from Ellis Brigham than any other company I could find as it is currently in the sale. I was over charged for delivery initially, but they refunded immediately. The coat arrived at exactly in the time period they said it would (I had received an email that morning stating the expected delivery time). Brilliant service
