I initially tried to place an order on-line on 28 January 2013 but it was not letting me alter the preferred delivery timescale, so I rang and spoke to Tara (at approximately 9.30am) who explained that they were only allowing standard service options due to the poor weather conditions. She took my order details over the phone and indicated that the standard delivery was still only 2-3 days (although website indicated up to 5 days) - which would get to us by the date required of 31 January 2013. I was delighted when the package arrived at my place of work only 24 hours later, and rang The Whisky Exchange to thank them for their prompt attention, and followed that up with an email. I don't think you can get better service than that!
