Impossible to get thru on a phone line

I have no issue with the product.
Scanning thru passpotr details not user friendly. I had an enquiry to make on the phone and I tried several times but failed and never got to speak anyone. This is not very good for customer relations. The best thing is to scrap the phone line in total and not have YOUR customers waste time ringing a number without a proper answering query service
