Ordered an item I purchased before at an inflated price. Not huge deal but requested gift wrapping. The gift arrived damaged, with scuff marks and the bow was really badly squashed. Had to iron it but obviously couldn't get scuffs out. Emailed beautybay TWICE and never got a reply. Bad customer service, not happy.
