delivery was wrong and no one has replied to my complaint

Product was fine.

However, i paid £12 for pre-10am delivery (not wanting to have to organise my entire day off around waiting in for a delivery). The guy eventually turned up at 14.30, and said he didn't know anything about pre-10am. I've emailed twice asking for a refund of the delivery difference (not unreasonable I think) and have been ignored.

bottom line - would use again, but collection only. Dread to think what would happen if you had a serious complaint.

Thank you for your feedback.

I have double checked our email records, but cannot find any email referring to your late delivery. Looking into the transaction, it was ordered in plenty of time so we have refunded the carriage charge for you.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lateness of the delivery which we will be discussing with our Battery Courier.
