Absolutely, excellent customer service throughout.

Having settled on buying a TP Explorer climbing frame set for our grandchildren to use in our back garden, we decided to buy it from Wicken Toys as the company had received excellent reviews from previous customers. We were not disappointed in the slightest; we were contacted the day after placing our Internet order to ask if we realised the Platform was not part of our order and the Den would not fit without it. We reassured the representative that we had purchased the Platform separately last year. Delivery was made on the day and time we requested which was a real bonus. Overall, we cannot compliment Wicken Toys staff highly enough; they were courteous, efficient and highly professional at all times and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
