I ordered a phone from Virgin Mobile, was impressed with their service, and even more impressed that the email came through to say my phone was on its way. I went to Yodel Website the next day and saw that @ 8:54 my parcel was out for delivery. Waited in all day Saturday, kept checking the website and eventually @ 18:54 the parcel status changed to "attempted delivery" however no card was left. I was in the house all day, I lived in an apartment block, and the main apartment door had been open all day as my neighbours where in and out. I rearranged delivery for Monday when my partner was at home, called Yodel first thing Monday morning to be told that the Parcel was indeed out for delivery. Check the website at Lunch Time, only to discover the parcel was still at the depot, called Yodel who told me there was a hold up but couldnt tell me what!!! Have now rebooked in for tommorow! This company are a complete and utter joke, I was told by Virgn Mobile that generally this company deliver as promised, but I find it hard to believe given the bad feedback and press reports about them. If all these companies are using Yodel they must be getting cheap service at the expense of customers. Yodel need to take a look at itself and sort out the problems, my advice to them would be to grow a set and actively allow customers to give feedback and complain via their website. Never ever will I deal with Yodel or a company that use them to deliver!!!
