I have nothing but praise for the professional manner in which my process was dealt with.

I found the people that I came into contact with via the telephone were both helpful and courteous. What impressed me most was the fact that unlike some other companies ,I did not feel pressurised. Having been in sales for the majority of my working life ,I am aware more than most of the techniques that can be applied. I was kept informed at all stages of the process and when given a date and time for a phonec all or letter they kept to their word.
