NEVER AGAIN

Hi everyone,
I bought a sofa bed from Worldstores last month and it was saying that it will be delivered in 48 hrs.Then nothing happened for 2 weeks.When I called the local depot , the guy's attitude made me cancel the order.He was so rude.

Last week, I decided to re-try thinking that it might not be the same this time.I ordered on the 29th Jan and never received a call to arrange for delivery.I tracked my order and it was saying "carded" .I called the depot to see what they meant by that.

Again, it was the same rude guy.He tokd me that he called on Sunday and I did not bother to pick up the phone and he was in the area, decided to deliver, but there was noone in. I said , nobody called...And he suddenly started shotuing at me, saying "what , what, are you calling me a liar?"I could not believe his attitude and asked for his name but of course never told me his name.

My brother called him to tell him that he cannot behave like this to a customer but the he cut the line off.Then I received a call from Worlstores saying that my order will be cancelled and all the future orders will not be delivered. I felt like a criminal.

I just want to tell anyone who wants to buy from worldstores to think twice.

It says 48hrs delivery availabilty but never happens. It also says 1-3 days in advance phone call to decide delivery time, but you never receive a call, and then they blame you and cancel your order.

Be careful.
