Poor service from an unmotivated work force

Once again your drivers fail to deliver; I watched one of your staff park outside of my house, text for a few minutes, before pulling away without even attempting to deliver the parcel. The reason chalked down to there being no one at the house. If your driver had actually knocked on the door, he would have found there were people present to sign for the delivery. Note on tracking history, left calling card; no calling card was left as the driver didn't even leave his van. What exacerbates the situation is the fact that I payed extra for next day delivery. Do you intend on refunding the extra costs incurred? This isn't the first time this has happened, many of your drivers are incompetent and unmotivated towards their work. One of, if not the worst delivery company in the UK. Thanks for the inconvenience.
