I double checked your order, for ready made curtains. This was ordered on the 24th January and dispatched on the 29th of January sent on our 2 day tracked delivery service, therefore you should have received this by the 31st January.

All Ready Made Curtains have a delivery of 5 - 7 working days. This is written on the product page of all the ready made curtains to make it clear to our customers. This order was delivered within this timeframe displayed on the website.

Although this is displayed on the product page, we will see if we can make this clearer to our customers by perhaps putting it on the first line of the product description or writing it in bold. We will get this done in the next few days.
