Fair price and good service

To be honest the site does look a bit old but I really don't mind that considering they offer the best price for fitted tyres around. Tyres are fitted by National which means you have to leave the car at the fitting centre for a while due to their first come first served system. It's always best to phone up first to check the have the tyres as I've turned up before and they haven't had the tyres ready which is my biggest fault with the system.

My latest experience was pretty good though :)

Good Service

Overall I think the prices are a bit high but the product, service and delivery was exceptional so I can't really fault this store. I got sent multiple emails which was a tad confusing but that's a tiny fault. Happy :)

WAE+

Did not receive correct order but situation sorted out

The order was missing an item. After contacting WAE they replied not reading the full situation thinking I had not received anything. I then contacted them again correcting the issue and they're reply was some items they don't have in stock but sell through another seller and there was communication issues. Basically they sold an item they didn't have.

They then processed a refund for the other item accidentally so then rectified that a couple of minutes later.

I am now waiting for a refund of an item I didn't receive.

As a new customer I found the service WAE+ provided very disappointing. Maybe It was just a fluke, however I don't think I'll be returning.
