Ordered a print, which was delivered about 8 weeks later. Nothing complicated, just enlarged photo. Once received it was the wrong size. Got in touch with customer service (after 3 weeks of trying to contact someone). Explained the problem and three weeks later they sent me a new print...same exact size as the first one! Called customer service again, and they said they couldn't stretch the print any larger. HELLO? Then why wasn't I told this when I ordered, or reordered?!?! Since then, I have been asking them how they plan to rectify this situation (going on one month now) and they will not reply back to me. Very poor business practices. Wish I had never even heard of this place!
