Delivery was extremely slow and inaccurate

My first purchase was some duck treats. The tracking site link in the shipping email stated it was coming via Fed Ex however final delivery was via USPS. The tracking information showed extremely slow progress. I hope my future purchases arrive in a more timely manner.
