Order some flowers on Thursday last week to be delivered on Friday and they didnt arrive or on saturday or today! Just spoke to someone on the live support and after asking me all the same question I had to fill out to get on the live chat, he said there has been a system error so they didnt get delivered. I asked him for them to be delivered tomorrow then and he said he cant do that as its past the cut off date! I told him he missed my cut off date by 3 days so he should be ale to get them delivered tomorrow. After alot of him not really understanding what i was saying, we agreed they will be delivered on wednesday. We shall see!! Kind of too late on wednesday though, ruined the moment!!

I am so sorry for the disappointment you have received with this order. I can confirm that your order has been accepted for delivery tomorrow. I will also be issuing yourself with a full refund for this order as a small way of apology. I am unsure why this has happened but will be launching a full investigation into why the delivery has taken so long.
