It took eight days to deliver my Order.
After many phone calls I was told the delivery van failed to pick my package up from the local delivery for the first 5 days.
I was told it would be delivered that day. The Van drove up my drive, then the van turn round without stopping and went. This was repeated the next night.
Was it the end of the drivers shift and the vehicle had a tracker fitted?
Finally deliver on the eight day?

I believe one of the warehouse managers has been in touch regards this one, and managed to speak to your wife.
I was told they had arranged a gesture of goodwill for the poor service you received from our courier and that the courier had taken steps to address this poor performance.
Again, please accept our apologies, not the service we would expect.
