I placed an order with JustMiniatures on the last weekend of January 2013, where I was quoted 3-5 working days for delivery. On Thursday January 31st, I checked my account to see that the order status was locked at 'Payment Received', and had been for the majority of the week.
Considering this was now 4 working days after the order had been placed, and the fact that I hadn't received a confirmation email, I contacted the company to ask them what up. I was treated to a reply the very next morning in which I was told the order would be with me on Monday.
Cut to Monday morning: I opened my door to find that the delivery had arrived earlier in the day, and that one of my housemates had signed for it. The items themselves were well-packaged and appeared exactly as described and shown on the website. Very pleased with the delivery itself, and am now looking forward to enjoying one of my all-time favourite drams in front of a film or two this evening.
To summarise: I had a decent shopping experience with JustMiniatures. They are reasonably priced and well-stocked with a fantastic variety, including some rare tipples that I have found difficult to obtain elsewhere. Delivery didn't cost the earth either, which was a nice bonus. The company also responded to my queries with haste. The only downside for me was the extended wait for my order - you shouldn't advertise a 3 to 5 day delivery service if you can't fulfill it!
